Laughter coaching
Who needs One - on - One Laughter Coaching?
Over the 8 week programme we explore the background of Laughter therapy and why we laugh for no reason as an exercise. We discover how motion creates emotion and the difference between happiness and joy. We learn how to train ourselves to laugh, bring our laughter therapy into everyday life and more.
An important part of learning to laugh is also learning to breathe. We use some traditional yoga breathing exercises to increase the level of Oxygen in the body. The breathing exercises also activate the parasympathetic system, which is calming branch of the autonomic nervous system, thereby reducing stress.
